To help us maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask you to note a few guidelines: Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful residential area, so we kindly ask that no parties be held and that quiet hours be observed after 9 PM. Smoke-Free: For everyone's comfort and safety, smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. A £500 deep-cleaning fee applies if this guideline is not followed. Keys: Please pop the keys back in the lockbox at checkout. Lost keys require a £150 lock replacement fee. Security: For your peace of mind, there is a CCTV camera covering the outside entrance.
