Fully privatized for your group (up to 13 people), this peaceful place combines comfort, authenticity, and the great outdoors. Enjoy the calm of the mountains and an ideal setting to meet, breathe and disconnect. Catering services available. The space The Chez Sébìn cottage is a warm and authentic place, nestled in the heart of the Baronnies. Fully privatized, it can accommodate groups for stays in the heart of nature, in a calm and friendly atmosphere. The accommodation includes a dormitory with 9 comfortable beds, a large shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, as well as a magnificent view of the Baronnies. A perfect place for families, friends or groups looking for simplicity and serenity. (Close to the cottage, we also own the Chez Sébìn yurt camp, another experience to discover on site.) Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and free parking. The place is fully booked for your group for the duration of the stay. Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. Self check-in possible with a key box available. The code will be provided to you by message before check-in. Other things to note Here are THE OPTIONS (catering for the vacation rental): Breakfasts: They are an additional €12/person, they must be booked in advance when making contact. For meals (only for groups with a minimum of 10 people): A menu entirely customized according to your wishes... Traditional, gourmet and generous homemade cuisine prepared by our head chef. All options must be ordered in advance by phone at least one week in advance, and paid for on site upon arrival. A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival and will be returned to you after the check-out inventory, either by check or in cash. The cottage is located in the heart of nature, in a quiet and preserved environment: • Respect for the place and the neighborhood is essential (no excessive noise). • The mobile network can sometimes be limited depending on the operator (a nice opportunity to disconnect.) • Possibility to discover the Chez Sébìn yurt camp on site, located nearby (provided that the yurts are not occupied and in the company of a member of the Chez Sébìn team)
