Independent room without kitchen

This outbuilding without a kitchen (but with a microwave, coffee maker and kettle) has free parking lot and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the highway. Located at the gates of Tarbes, 15 minutes from Lourdes, 40 minutes from the ski resorts. Bed and bath linens will be provided. The peaceful and shared garden offers views of the Pyrenees. We look forward to welcoming you from 11/20/2025. Access to the pool in summer and the garden. The space A room with a new sofa bed (purchased in November 2025), toilet, bathroom, TV, workspace, and a column with the necessary equipment to heat a meal. This accommodation is suitable for a single person, or a person with a child (possibility to add an inflatable mattress). This room is located in the garden, has no kitchen but has a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. The photos are from November 2025 and reflect all the amenities. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Guest access Access to the kitchen of the house will be possible from time to time (upon request) but only in the presence of the owners. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle are available in the bedroom. There's no fridge, wifi, or air conditioning. During your stay I leave my mobile phone available. I live next door and am therefore easily reachable and completely attentive in case of problems or difficulties. Other things to note I respect the traveller's wishes and therefore remain in the background, if they wish. Conversely, a guest wishing to communicate can be welcomed into the house for a shared time (meal, coffee, aperitif).
