Purpose of Stay This home is offered only for short, temporary stays. It is not meant for long-term living, and no long-stay or tenancy rights are created under any circumstances. 2. Identification All guests must show a valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) before check-in. This is required for safety and local regulations. 3. Care and Respect for the Property Please use the home, furniture, appliances and all items with care. Any damage, breakage or loss caused during your stay will need to be paid for before checkout. 4. Behaviour and Noise Guests must behave responsibly and keep noise to reasonable levels at all times. Loud music, parties or anything that disturbs neighbours or the surrounding community is not allowed. 5. Activities Not Allowed For safety and legal reasons, the following are strictly not permitted inside the home or on the premises: • Illegal activities of any kind • Drugs or banned substances • Commercial or immoral activities • Weapons, fireworks or hazardous items • Gambling • Bringing large groups without prior permission If any such activity takes place, the stay may be ended immediately and without refund. 6. Cleanliness Please leave the home reasonably clean. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the place is left unusually dirty or damaged. 7. Safety Rules Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Candles, open flames and fireworks are not permitted for safety reasons. Use kitchen appliances and electrical items carefully and switch them off when not in use. 8. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. 9. Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for their own valuables. The owner and manager cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or misplacement of personal items. 10. Emergencies, Illness or Accidents In case of any accident, injury or health issue during the stay, the owner or manager is not responsible. Guests should seek appropriate medical or emergency assistance as needed. 11. Community and Local Rules Guests must follow all community guidelines, security rules and any reasonable instructions given by the property manager. 12. Eviction for Misuse If guests refuse to follow these terms, cause disturbance, misuse the home, or engage in unsafe or illegal behaviour, the stay may be cancelled and the guests may be asked to leave immediately. 13. Responsibility for Guests The person making the reservation is responsible for the behaviour of all individuals staying in the home and for any damage caused during the stay. 14. Disputes Any disputes or concerns will be handled under the local laws of West Bengal. Acceptance of Terms By making a reservation and by making any payment for the stay, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all the above terms
