The good life at Austrått... Here you will find history, beautiful nature, farm experiences, local food and activities on the lake, land and mountains. Kårstua is suitable for families, friends and groups who want to vacation together. A large and nice patio with fireplace, and a nice winter garden provide good and pleasant gathering places. Our guests can harvest the seasonal organic vegetables in the cooperative farm. There are over 40 different varieties in the high season. Smaller companies or departments can have gatherings and courses here. The space Our farm is located in the middle of the experiences - surrounded by Austrått Castle, Austrått Fort, Austrått Golf Course, Marina and hiking trails. Our guests harvest organic vegetables from Austrått cooperative farming. This is included in the rental price. We arrange courses and rentals of sea kayaks, sailboats, fishing boats and bicycles. Guest access Our guests have the entire Kårstua with a large winter garden and patio with fireplace and fire pit. Other things to note We run Austrått cooperative farming. Agroturismen has a family share in the cooperative farming. This means that our guests harvest the season's organic vegetables and berries from the cooperative farm for free during their stay. From mid-July and until September, the field is full of great vegetables. If you fish in the fjord in addition, you have a good meal based on local ingredients.
