NEW OPENING Apartment Maira is centrally located in the center of Chiavenna, a short walk from typical restaurants, historical shops and with an unparalleled view of the Mera River. The apartment is finished in granite extracted from the nearby Swiss Alps and is located inside the recently renovated old Chiavenna social dairy. The space Apartment Maira is a 65-square-meter apartment finished with fine stones and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed (HD smart TV) and an open kitchen; equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Waffles and tea bags in quantities obviously at your disposal! A large Swiss granite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washer/dryer. A hairdryer, towel set and hygiene products (shampoo, bath foam, soap and shower caps) will be provided to each guest. Warm and cozy double room with parquet flooring and a large built-in closet. Through the French doors located both in the bedroom and in the living room you can access the terrace from which you have an unparalleled view of the center of Chiavenna, the Mera river and the alpine valley of the Bregaglia valley. Guest access Check-in is self-service, and you will find the key to the apartment in a small safe inside the mailbox, the code for which will be provided to you at the time of check-in. A few days before your arrival, you will be asked for the passport or identity card of all guests, since Italian law requires the communication of the personal data of guests and the duration of their stay to the competent authority.
