Our cottage is tucked away behind a working shop, and access is through the shop’s rear yard. It’s not exactly a red carpet moment — you may see the odd bin or cardboard box on its way to recycling glory — but consider it the “before” shot. The “after” is your lovely, relaxing stay waiting just a few steps beyond! As it is a converted barn, please be aware that there is steps to front door which are quite steep and there is stairs inside down to bedroom. Explore the Peak District Walks & Hikes: Stroll along Lovers’ Walk, tackle High Tor, or take the cable car to the Heights of Abraham (dogs welcome on the cable car!). Cycling & Trails: Traffic-free paths and scenic routes for keen cyclists.
