Free parking is available befor the house. With Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a workspace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, it is ideal for couples, families and business travellers. The bright top-floor apartment features charming sloping ceilings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for up to three guests is perfect for shared meals. A dedicated workspace is also available, making it ideal for a productive workation. The modern bathroom includes a washbasin and a spacious shower (1m × 1m), with plenty of fresh towels provided. The living room features a comfortable fabric sofa, which can be converted into an additional bed for a third guest if required. The quiet and comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fresh bed linen and bedside reading lamps – perfect for a restful night after a day exploring the Thuringian Forest. Guest access Access to the apartment is separate and via the entrance door located at the rear of the house. The keys are stored in a secure key safe with a 4-digit access code, mounted at the entrance. This allows you to check in and check out independently and flexibly. We will send you the access code in good time before your arrival. You will have access to all areas of the holiday apartment. In addition, we have created a small seating area on the ground-floor terrace, separated from the ground-floor apartment by a privacy screen. It is a lovely space to relax and, if you wish, meet and chat with other guests. Other things to note Please note that the holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only.
