A secluded hideaway only 12 minutes from Golden Grove local shops, 35 minutes to the Exquisite Barossa Valley and only 45 minutes to the Adelaide CBD and not to mention the many wine regions close by. Set on 12 acres surrounded by stunning rolling hills. The road in is a little bumpy, but the joy along the way is well worth it. Many kangaroos. Gorgeous mum’s with joey’s all year round, horses, cows, sheep and the occasional wild deer. The Space When you arrive at the double iron gates and step through you will be pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous garden before you. An abundance of green with an array of coloured flowers no matter the time of year and a little stream leading to a pond, the home of many gold fish. Feel free to feed them, they will love you for it! Situated in the middle of the garden is a fire pit perfect for those cozy nights you want to spend around a fire with a glass of something in hand or that warm hot chocolate. Under the covered pergola is the perfect spot to dine while you listen to the stream as it trickles down through the garden. There you will find an outdoor kitchen and BBQ for all your cooking needs. Cook up a gourmet breakfast or a simple steak for dinner. When you walk around to the front door, you will pass the sparkling pool where you can spend your days lounging and enjoying the sunshine and amazing scenery. The studio is attached to the main house but your privacy is assured with your own entrance, outdoor space and pool to yourselves. Inside you will find a spacious living area to spend your time. There’s an abundance of books, games and access to streaming services for your relaxing pleasure. There is a full fridge and small indoor kitchenette space. All cooking will need to be done on the undercover outdoor kitchen. Coffee machine and pods supplied. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and king size bed. Off the bedroom is a large balcony where you can have your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage and enjoy the amazing scenery from a different view. Running through the front of the property is The Little Para River where you can go for walks and explore the surrounding land. We also have a pony roaming the land. His name is Coal and he loves a carrot or 2! The bird life is abundant and if you’re lucky you may see the occasional koala. From winter to summer this property provides a different experience but each is as beautiful. A wonderful, peaceful place to relax and enjoy. This property is strictly for 2 people only.
