Welcome to our lovingly modernized semi-detached house in Rosche! The stylish 1907 half-timbered house combines 76 m² of historic charm with modern, cozy furnishings – perfect for couples, small families or groups of friends. A special highlight is the private sauna house with its own terrace – perfect for soothing wellness moments. On the main terrace you will also find a solid brick barbecue, ideal for evenings with friends or family. The space The charming half of the house offers space on two floors. On the ground floor is the entrance to the accommodation as well as the living room and an anteroom that leads to the terrace. In the hallway, there is a single bed and a dresser. The couch in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for two people (1.40 m x 2 m). There is also a TV here, which is equipped with a Fire TV Stick for Netflix and the like and Prime guest access. On the 2nd floor is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, French press, etc. There is also a modern bathroom and the bedroom. This is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe as well as an additional mattress & slatted frame. On the main terrace there is a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. A separate sauna cabin is available for relaxing evenings, as is a separate sauna terrace with sunbeds. Another small unfurnished terrace offers opportunities for outdoor yoga and the like. Rosche is a quiet, rural place surrounded by nature, small historic villages and cultural destinations. In summer, the outdoor swimming pool and Lake Rosche offer opportunities for water fun. At the same time, the town offers very good shopping: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and banks are within a 5-10 minute walk.
