The space Renovated farmhouse, with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room. Bathroom with toilet Outdoor terrace and garden. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm bed (linen provided) 2 90 cm beds (sheets provided) sofa bed (sheets not provided) Amenities: TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, central heating, barbecue, ironing board and iron. Baby cot upon request. Guest access The whole place is just for you. The terrace is private; the garden is shared, but it is large. ⚠️ Please note there are some stairs. As a result, the accommodation may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility Other things to note There is another cottage on the property. Check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., lockbox available for self check-in if we are absent or if you arrive late. Towels and linens are provided. Private parking. Nérac 10 minutes away. Make sure to shop before you arrive. 🚭 No smoking inside the accommodation. (smoking is allowed on the terrace) 🙅‍♂️ We do not accept pets (even though we love them very much)
