AU 2  offers to our guests  the services of Angélique  who is a Reiki practictioner and  proposes traditional  asiatic healthcare techniques Do you need to rebalance your internal energies? If so, you are in luck because that’s right up Angélique’s alley. In order to do so, she uses all the tools of traditional chinese medicine and energy work (accupuncture, massage, TUINA, cupping, shiatsu…) as well as Reiki ( a Japanese technique centered around bodily energies.)  ( For all information or booking a session, please contact us by email) Meditation and healing: Along with your regular sessions, it is also possible to take advantage of meditation. Our sessions start by a focus on breathing since, as we all know from experience, to be in control of our breath helps us more effectively control our feelings and emotions.
