Peaceful newly built residence alongside Lake with nice views and scenic track for walking or Running. available is private room with ensuite separate entry in a 4 bedroom house. The space Guests will have centrally air-conditioned private room with ensuite including small WIR with separate exclusive entry. Guests can park their car on driveway next to letter box. There is ceiling fan, Evaporative cooler, TV with Netflix and Study Dining Table in room. Other facilities include combination of Black Tea and coffee along with kettle. There is microwave and Bar fridge available. There will be complimentary Milk to make Tea or coffee as well as complimentary water. There is no cooking facility however microwave is available to be used. There is ALDI, Coles, Woolworths and food outlets in surrounding and mainly 5 minutes drive. Kelmscott Train station is 5 Minutes drive as well which takes you to city centre passing through important Landmarks including Major Commercial Hub Cannington.
