The space The farmhouse is laid out over two floors, with a total of 6 bedrooms for 12 guests. On the ground floor is the main suite: a double bedroom with a 180 cm bed and an integrated sitting area with sofas inside the room itself, larger than the rest. It is designed for multigenerational families or guests with reduced mobility, as it avoids having to go up to the first floor. The bathroom for this bedroom is located right next to it, outside the room. On the first floor are the remaining 5 bedrooms. One is a double with a 180 cm bed and a private en-suite bathroom — the second largest in the house. The other two double bedrooms also have 180 cm beds. The two twin bedrooms have two 190 cm single beds each. These four bedrooms share a common bathroom located on the same first floor. Each bedroom has its own fan. Guest access The common areas take up the entire ground floor of the farmhouse. The living room and dining area are integrated into a single open space: a long table seating 12, and an adjacent area with three sofas facing the TV and the fireplace. Air conditioning throughout the common area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for large groups: two large fridges, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, a complete cutlery set, crockery, pots and cooking utensils. Also on the ground floor, there is a study with a desk suitable for remote work. Outside, a covered chill out porch connects directly to the dining area and serves as a transition between the interior and the garden. The property has a private pool, a landscaped lawn area with sun loungers, a barbecue and several outdoor corners with different atmospheres, including an old well and a sundial on the façade. Other things to note Bathroom layout: one of the double bedrooms on the first floor has a private en-suite bathroom inside the room. The other bedrooms on the first floor share a common bathroom located on the same floor. The ground-floor bedroom with integrated sitting area has its bathroom located right next to it, outside the room. Nearby road: the farmhouse is in a rural setting on the outskirts of the village, with easy road access. Because it is close to a secondary road, light traffic noise can be heard at peak hours. Something to bear in mind if you are looking for absolute silence. Pets: dogs are accepted with a surcharge of €10/night per dog. Please indicate the number of dogs at the time of booking. The grounds are fully enclosed, and there is a separately fenced area for when guests go out. Accessible bedroom: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with an integrated sitting area, suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families travelling with elderly relatives who would rather not go up to the first floor. Barbecue: available for guests. It must be left clean and in good condition after use.
