Other things to note ◯ House Manual After checking in, please review the House Manual provided in the property. ◯ Check-in Please check in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. To avoid disturbing nearby residents, check-ins after 8:00 PM are not permitted. ◯ Check-out Please check out by 11:00 AM. ◯ Smoking Policy Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. If indoor smoking is detected, a ¥20,000 cleaning fee will be charged as a penalty. ◯ For Guests Staying Multiple Nights Towels and bed linens are not replaced during your stay. Please use the washing machine to clean them as needed. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. (For stays longer than one week, cleaning can be arranged once a week for an additional fee.) If you would like us to collect your trash, please contact us in advance. 【Important Notice】 The property is in a very quiet residential area with many elderly residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 7:00 PM. If excessive noise leads to complaints, you may be asked to leave the property. Because the houses are close together, fireworks and barbecues are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules. 【About Insects】 The property is located in Midori Ward (Enishi area), a town surrounded by nature. As a result, insects may occasionally appear. We provide insect repellent spray and bug killer for your convenience. Although we take preventive measures, some insects may still enter through small gaps or when doors/windows are opened. If you are extremely uncomfortable with insects, we kindly recommend booking a different accommodation. 【Security Camera】 In accordance with Japan’s Minpaku (Private Lodging) regulations, a security camera is installed at the front entrance for guest safety and check-in verification. 【Other Rules】 Please strictly follow the rules below. Violations may result in penalty charges or additional fees. Excessive dirt or damage caused by improper use may incur an extra cleaning fee. Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement cost. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional ¥10,000 per person will be charged. (The security camera at the entrance will be used to confirm guest numbers.) Please separate garbage as indicated on the bins. Please wash all used dishes and cooking utensils. Please refrain from grilling or cooking BBQ indoors, as strong odors may linger for several days. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. 【Check-in Procedure】 There is no on-site staff at this property.
