The space The modern semi-detached house offers everything for a relaxing stay. The open living and dining area with a cozy sofa lounge, large TV, and direct access to the garden invites you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, an electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. Three lovingly furnished bedrooms and a bright loft/studio area with workspace, TV, and play corner provide plenty of space to work and relax. In the small garden with a barbecue and seating area, you can enjoy warm summer evenings. The entire house is equipped with shutters for darkening. A washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available – ideal for longer stays. Other things to note 🐾 Pets are welcome but must be announced before booking. The garden must not be used as a pet toilet. The house is strictly non-smoking. No parties or events allowed, and please respect local quiet hours. An additional cleaning fee applies for pets. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.
