Upper floor of a 1994 built, well-kept apartment building in the centre of Wurzen. On about 80 m² of living space, it offers a spacious, light-flooded living room with open kitchen, two quietly located bedrooms with access to a French balcony, a guest toilet and an internal bathroom with shower and bathtub. A special highlight is the 85-inch flat-screen TV, which provides an impressive entertainment experience. Wurzen combines the tranquillity of a small town with the amenities of the big city and is therefore an attractive destination and place to live at the same time. Leipzig's city centre can be reached by car in just under 30 minutes, alternatively the train also offers a quick connection to the trade fair city. Particularly worth seeing is the Cathedral of St. Marien, which regularly serves as a backdrop for services, wedding ceremonies and concerts. The lovingly restored old town with its picturesque streets, historic buildings and lively squares invites you to stroll and linger. Numerous individual shops offer a wide range of products and give the city centre a special flair. The cityscape is characterised by the imposing mill towers, which are considered a secret landmark of Wurzen. In addition, the Ecumenical Way of St. James and the historic Via Regia cross the city. Cyclists and hikers can also explore along the trough and the Camino de Jacobs leading through Wurzen. Extraordinary in the German inland country is also the possibility of officially kitesurfing on two lakes of the Leipziger Neuseenland. The two spots cover all wind directions.
