Centrally located, it features heating & cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard with a cubby house and swing set, perfect for little ones. There are also some baby and kids essentials available on request if needed for a stress-free stay. The space Our calming, freshly renovated home in Seaton is your perfect base for exploring Adelaide’s beautiful coastline, city highlights, and everything in between. Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, this space blends modern touches with relaxed styling to make you feel instantly at home. Our regular cleaning days are Mondays and Thursdays, so these are typically blocked for check-ins and check-outs. However, we understand that travel plans can vary, and we may be able to offer flexibility depending on your requested dates. If you're hoping to stay during a period that appears unavailable on the calendar, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to adjust check-in/out times to suit your itinerary. To help you make the most of your stay, we offer early check-ins from 9am. This is perfect for guests arriving earlier in the day or wanting to maximise their time at the property. Inside, you’ll enjoy reverse-cycle heating and cooling, a cosy living area with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and bedrooms fitted with quality linen and blackout blinds for restful nights. Conveniently located, you’re just a short drive to Grange and Henley beaches, Westfield West Lakes, cafés, parks, and public transport options that connect you to Adelaide’s CBD and airport with ease. Ideal for families, Seaton Palms includes thoughtful touches to help you travel light: bassinet, portable cot, change table, baby bath, highchairs, training potty, step stools, toys, board games, and books. The fully fenced backyard is a favourite with little ones, complete with a swing set and cubby house — a safe space to play while you unwind. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends, or as a couple seeking a peaceful base, our home stands out for its comfort, style, and convenience. Beach towels and baby items can be made available for a small fee, please send us a message once you have booked and we can discuss and advise the pricing for these.
