Welcome to our cozy apartment in Pontassieve, the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of Tuscany and the nearby and beautiful Florence, just 15 km (9 miles) away. Our home offers the perfect balance of comfort, outdoor space, and a convenient location. Pontassieve train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with separate rooms, a double bed, and two single sofa beds. It has private parking! Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of a condominium and has large and well-organized spaces. The large entrance leads to the bright and cozy living area, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a sofa bed for one and a half, bringing the total number of beds to six. From the living area you can directly access the large main terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and an outdoor sink: an ideal place to eat outdoors. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom, which can be used as a living room, is equipped with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and TV. The two bedrooms are connected by a second, smaller terrace. The bathroom is complete with a shower stall. Casa Burde offers comfort and flexibility, ideal for both short stays and longer vacations. Thanks to its location, it allows all guests to have separate spaces and moments of privacy, while maintaining a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The apartment has wi-fi and private parking, which can accommodate up to two cars. There is an electrician on the ground floor, but the entrance is independent. As it is a condominium, it is not possible to organize parties. One of the main strengths is the strategic location. Pontassieve train station is a few minutes' walk away, and direct trains connect the town with Florence Santa Maria Novella, which is about 15 km away. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find a small grocery store/café/tobacco shop in Mezzana.
