The space Come and discover Les Calades, our charming stone cottage, ideally located in the municipality of Charroux, in a peaceful hamlet made up of three cottages. Surrounded by meadows and woods, it offers stunning views of the valley of the medieval village of Charroux, ranked among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France". The vacation rental can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of two levels: • On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with a private bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as a living area including a fitted kitchen and a comfortable living room. • Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single sofa bed, a family bedroom equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with toilet. The gite also has a private wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying relaxing moments outdoors while admiring the surrounding natural setting. For your comfort, the beds (160x200 or 90x200) will be made upon your arrival, so you can make the most of your stay. To make your visit and that of your child easier, we provide you with a travel cot, a changing table and a baby bath. This will allow you to fully enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Les Calades perfectly combines charm and comfort, and this cottage is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. You will be near the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, a true paradise for nature and hiking lovers. In addition, the spa town of Vichy, just a few kilometers away, will offer you a wide range of activities and leisure time. Finally, the 12x5 meter outdoor pool shared with the two other gites in the hamlet provides an extra touch of comfort and leisure for all visitors on sunny days. The plan is to open the pool from early May, subject to the weather (especially the outside temperature). Opening hours: High season: from 9 am to 8 pm; Low season: from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (hours may be reduced depending on the activity). To ensure your peace of mind, check-in is autonomous. So you have the freedom to access the house from 4pm. Similarly, you can leave the premises at your convenience before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Other things to note This house has private parking spaces located in the parking lot at the entrance to the property. Self check-in with lockbox to allow total flexibility for guests.
