The space Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 20 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. In case of additional rooms you can message the host. After breakfast, unwind with a long soak in your open-to-sky bathtub or jacuzzi, where the fragrance of tropical greens lingers in the air. By afternoon, stretch out on the lawn, read under the shade, or enjoy an indulgent meal in the gazebo overlooking the water. SARI (Ground Floor) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. ANGIN (Ground Floor) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. BAKTI (Ground Floor) This bedroom is on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Two of the bathrooms feature a bathtub and a jacuzzi is offered in one of the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is a spacious living room situated on the ground floor. Includes TV, WI-Fi and a patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN (No Access) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN (Private) There is a 15000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 50 people at any given time. POOL (Private) There is a private pool. The pool is 12ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per session. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
