The space Swallows Reach consists of an open-plan living space with dining seating for 10, TV, woodburning stove, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. The bedrooms are all en-suite with TV, consisting of a zip/link family room, king-size, lower-ground-floor zip/link family room, and lower-ground-floor king-size, and a lower-ground-floor cloakroom. Private patio with furniture, barbecue, shared garden with lawn, children's play area (swings, slides, climbing frame), indoor swimming pool, toddlers' splash pool, trampoline, games room, and off-road parking for six cars. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.4 miles.
