Welcome to the Little Rose apartment – your stylish retreat just a 6-minute walk from the train station! Despite its central location, you can enjoy peace and a touch of nature here. Relax in the comfortable 180×200 cm bed with a high-quality Emma topper, or use the cosy 'emergency sofa' as an additional sleeping option. Families and pets are welcome! Everything is lovingly prepared for your stay – just as you see it in the photos. 🌹 The space Our 2025 newly renovated accommodation "Little Rose" is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station and yet is pleasantly quiet. The windows offer a beautiful view of the greenery, so you can relax immediately. The bedroom is lovingly and functionally furnished. It has a dresser, a large TV, two reading lamps and a shelf with books and games for the whole family. Flyers for restaurants and activities are also available. A fold-out desk that is integrated into the shelf to save space makes it easy to work. The large bed (180 × 200 cm) is equipped with a high-quality Emma topper. By arrangement, it can be divided into two separate beds (each 90 × 200 cm), which are spaced apart. A cleaning or storage room is directly adjacent. In the living room, you will find a round marble table, a medium-sized TV, a corner shelf with diffuser and a modern, comfortable sofa bed that offers additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: tea, coffee pods, sugar and Kaba are available as well as spices and oil. A small dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave oven are also available. The modern bathroom impresses with a shower including a rainfall shower and shower, a Villeroy & Boch toilet, a high-quality stone washbasin, a pleasant ritual scent and a mirror with three different light settings. The Little Rose🌹 combines modern design, comfort and an ideal location – perfect for a relaxing stay. Guest access The accommodation "Little Rose" is located in the extension / rear area of Breitlerstraße 21. How to find the entrance: • Walk along the corridor to the right next to the red garage • Then turn left • Go all the way to the back • Please use the rear entrance door there The apartment is completely at your disposal for your exclusive use. Only the entrance area / hallway is shared with a very nice neighbour (Ms Amos) and her guests. The outdoor area is currently still under construction. The two terraces are shared. Ashtrays are attached to both house entrance doors, which you are welcome to use.
