"Pink House" cottage: 6 bedrooms, easy access for people with reduced mobility

Find yourself in a quiet, countryside, family-friendly, spacious, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, located 10 km from exit 10 of the A31. You will be 25 km from the thermal cities of Vittel-Contrexéville, the hometown of Joan of Arc, the Hill of Saxon-Sion, 25 km from Mirecourt, the city of Lutherie, its karting/car/motorcycle circuit, 20 km from Neufchâteau. It is the ideal stop on the way to your vacation or during your business trips and to discover our region The space Comfortably equipped, the house is composed on the ground floor: - a large living room with an equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle) open to a living room (sofa, television, children's games) and a dining room, - one bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190) with baby bed - a toilet, - a bathroom - a laundry room with washing machine, - a terrace with its furniture. On the second floor you will find: - a bathroom, - a separate toilet, - five bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) Bed linen and bathroom linen (bath towels) are included. We provide a welcome kit, including everything you need for your first evening with toilet paper, coffee, tea, garbage bag, sponge and dishwashing liquid for the first day. We don't provide hygiene products or laundry. The accommodation has everything you need for baby (wooden crib and travel crib and their linen, changing mat, high chair/booster, toilet reducer, books and toys) Free Wi-Fi The accommodation is non-smoking. Other things to note Accommodation capacity and pricing: The number of rooms provided is determined according to the number of people mentioned at the time of booking, based on occupancy of one room for two people. Any reservation must accurately indicate the number of guests staying in the accommodation. The landlord reserves the right to adjust the number of accessible rooms accordingly. Ex: If your reservation mentions 3 people, two rooms will be at your disposal. If you want 3 bedrooms, you have to book for at least 5 people. If you would like another breakdown, please contact us. The price of the stay is based on the number of people declared. For any occupancy greater than four people, a surcharge of €30 per additional person will be applied. Anyone not declared at the time of booking may be subject to an additional charge or result in a refusal of access to the accommodation.
