The house is spart of a small group of 4 houses, which tis built in the tradition of tuscan craftmaship with natural stone, wood and terracotta. Floor and ceilings are built with terracotta and supported by massive wooden trunks. If necessary a modern central heating keeps the house warm. There ist also an open fireplace in the living room. You can watch satellite-TV or listen to your CDs, radio or I-Pod-files with a brand-new 50-Watts SONY stereo receiver. A Wifi-device gives you access to the web, so you can keep in contact with your friends or your company. We have fast internet, ideal for online-work (Worcation). There are 3 large dining tables, one in the living room, another in the garden, third on the roof-terrace. On the ground floor you'll find a guest toilet plus a sink. On the 1st floor is the bathroom with 2nd toilet, shower and sink. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. From bedroom 2 a staircase leads you to a large roof-terrace – ideal for a very private sunbath, or a glass of wine directly under the stars. Pets are welcome after prior information.
