The space Connected TV, Wi-Fi (fiber), double living room, 2 workspaces, equipped kitchen, games and foosball to entertain in any season. Guests have 2 shower rooms: 1 separate shower room + a shower room in a bedroom, ideal for stays with several people. The 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the house. Each room has a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed. 1 Bedroom also has a 120 x 190 cm sofa bed that can be suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. A foldable baby crib is available free of charge upon prior request. The kitchen is fully equipped to easily prepare meals on site: oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, soft pod coffee maker (Senseo type) + filter coffee maker, raclette machine, multifunctional cooker/fryer, large refrigerator. The enclosed garden, without neighbors, offers a quiet and secure outdoor space to relax. From the house you will have a view of the pretty facade of the outbuilding at the bottom of the garden (uninhabited, storage place) 1 closed garage will allow you to park bicycles, motorcycles or 1 car safely + 1 parking space is reserved for you on the street. Free public parking is also readily available. Electric charging stations are located 160 m (Rue aux Cornes) 1 min walk.
