In a panoramic and quiet position, Casa Giovy overlooks the hilly landscape of Roccastrada, offering a splendid view that, on clear days, reaches the sea. A short walk from the historic center and at the foot of the charming medieval fortress, the house offers a perfect balance between privacy, comfort and authentic charm. The accommodation, completely renovated, has an independent entrance and a nice private loggia, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the place. The space Inside the accommodation, you will find an open space of about 25 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. From the living room you can access the modern bathroom (equipped with a spacious shower and bidet) and the bedroom via two comfortable steps; the latter is separated from the living area by blackout curtains. Guests have access to the entire apartment, a practical storage room adjacent to the entrance, and a private laundry room on the street floor with a washing machine, drying rack, and accessories – also perfect as a storage room for bicycles or luggage. The house has a total of two double beds and can easily accommodate four people, with the possibility of adding an additional single bed upon request for a modest fee of €20 per stay. Pets are welcome for a small fee. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided, in larger quantities for longer stays. Access to the property is via a paved, slightly sloping driveway that leads to the main entrance via a large, flat loggia-terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Free parking is available along the street or in the immediate vicinity. The house is just 400 meters from the center of the village, easily accessible on foot, where you can find a restaurant, a pizzeria, two bars, a supermarket, a bank, and a post office. Other things to note In the surroundings of Roccastrada you can visit charming villages such as Roccatederighi, Montemassi and Sassofortino, ideal for hiking or biking through forests, hills and ancient castles. The location is perfect for exploring the area: the sea of Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia is only 30-40 minutes away, while Siena, San Galgano and the Maremma Natural Park are easily accessible.
