Located at the rear of the property, our three stand alone cabins each have a queen size bed, television, kitchenette (sink, bar fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle and toaster), small work station, free wi-fi and ensuite bathroom. Overlooking lawns and well established gardens, enjoy the evenings on the verandah. Perfect for business travellers, simplicity for couples, or single travellers. Walking distance from the Mundulla General Store. The space Our property is located at Mundulla, a small country town with a population of 300, only 10 minutes from Bordertown. A short detour from the Dukes Highway if you are travelling between Adelaide and Melbourne or heading to or from the Great Ocean Road. Enjoy the historic buildings of Mundulla, the self guided town walk, the common walk through a beautiful nature reserve or swamp walk under large gums and around the natural water holes. A sealed 5km bike track weaves alongside paddocks for an easy ride through the countryside. Bordertown is known for it's white kangaroos, birthplace of Bob Hawke, and historic farm museum - Clayton Farm. Guest access Shared car parking area. Other things to note Water to our Cottage and Cabins is rain water collected from the roof. Please be mindful of the amount of water you use, as this is a valued resource. Five months without good rainfall tests the capacity of our water supply!
