De Veenborg Estate

The spacious luxury vacation home is located in its own very varied estate of 6 hectares. The entire property is private, so you rent the house with its own nature reserve. The feeling of space begins with the 200-meter-long sandy path that leads to the house. Discover the playground and the forest and heath behind it. Enjoy the beauty of the lake, flora and fauna. In addition to the many birds, there are deer, badgers, foxes and hares in the area. Nearby are many hiking, biking and equestrian trails. The space The vacation home is a real family home with lots of space and comfort. Perfect for a big family or 2 families, for example. From the large dining table, you can look out at the water birds in the lake in front of the house. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a sunny terrace with a spacious outdoor table. The living room is tastefully decorated, accommodates all guests and has a wide view of nature. The smart TV is in the front room. The sliding doors around provide a lot of light, and through the 2 terraces you have easy access to the garden. There are 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor) and 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor with bath). In the spacious utility room is the washing machine. The house has underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Guest access All rooms in the vacation home are fully accessible except for two technical rooms. The 6-hectare estate with the house, forest, grassland and lake is exclusively for our guests and not publicly accessible. Other things to note The estate is a vulnerable nature reserve. For that reason, fire, fireworks and other flammable substances are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smoking is only allowed on one of the two outdoor terraces and expressly not in the rest of the estate due to fire hazard. On the estate there is a lake that is surrounded by a swamp. Entering the marsh area outside the paths is not allowed due to the fragile nature and due to possible drowning hazard.
