The space In Laubressel, ideally located between the city of Troyes and the lake of the Orient Forest, Cozy Wood House welcomes you in a very nice wooden house in the middle of a green setting. Set back from the road, the house opens the doors to 3 bedrooms including a family suite and two double bedrooms of 18 to 25 m2 and an independent studio of 30 m2, a living room, a terrace and a pleasant quiet garden, where you can enjoy homemade breakfast or other dishes and Champagne that you may have found in the surrounding environment. The proximity to the "Mac Arthur Glen" and "Marques Avenues" factory stores, the historic center of Troyes with its cathedral and museums, the lake of the Orient Forest with its water sports, its bike path and golf course, the Nigloland park and the Côte des Bars for tastings in Champagne cellars, allow our guests to have a pleasant stay. Special attention has been given to the decoration to make you feel at home, where well-being and harmony reign supreme. Each suite consists of a queen size bed, a Burgundy stone shower room, a private toilet. The family suite has two single beds attached in addition to the queen size bed. Everything you need for coffee is available in your room. In the living room, a kitchen is available to store fresh products, a microwave to warm up, a kettle and tea to enjoy, as well as an electric hob with an oven for guests who enjoy an extended stay with us.
