The property is located in Parma's Oltretorrente neighborhood, a quiet residential area with plenty of amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The historic center and all the city's main attractions are a 5-7 minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, and split air conditioning; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed, bench, mirror, open wardrobe, 50" Smart TV, split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower and sink (bidet, toilet, and small sink located in the adjacent space). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, underfloor heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), and a hairdryer. - Cribs and cots available upon request.
