This house, a historic home, is absolutely private and hidden from view. Located in the center of the small town of San Giovanni d'Asso (Municipality of Montalcino), shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The house, elegant, has a large private garden with a beautiful 12x6 meter pool. It can accommodate a group of 14 people: 8 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Daily housekeeping The space From the entrance you can enter directly into the large hanging garden with a fenced swimming pool or climb a short flight of stairs to reach the ground floor, from whose living-dining room you can access the large terrace overlooking the garden. In the spacious adjacent dining room, you can enjoy the warmth of a large, antique fireplace and access the fully equipped kitchen to prepare typical local products to be enjoyed accompanied by one of the famous wines of our area (Brunello, Orcia Rosso). A large living room with beautiful coffered ceilings and a precious floor will offer you refuge for a good reading break, as well as the more intimate living room next door equipped with satellite TV. On the same floor are three spacious bedrooms with elegant period furnishings, each with its own bathroom. Between the first and second floors there is an intermediate floor called "mezzanine" with a bedroom of great scenic impact, furnished with impressive antique furniture, where the beds can be joined on request, also equipped with air conditioning. A few steps away is a full bathroom. Once on the first floor, you can enjoy a breathtaking view from all the windows: on one side over the Italian garden, on the other over the 13th-century castle; here you will find three spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, a bedroom with two antique iron beds, a living room, and three bathrooms: the ideal space for a large family where everyone can find their own corner of intimacy. These rooms all have air conditioning and some even have ceiling fans. ​The beds can accommodate up to 20-22 people using the adjacent La Capanna house, from which it is separated only by a gate in the garden.
