The room has a Double Bed, Smart TV with Netflix and fast WiFi. Guests have access to a shared bathroom (not shared with hosts) plus an additional WC. Free parking is available. Located in the peaceful village of Scholes between Leeds and York, this is an ideal base for contractors, commuters, business travellers, weekend travellers and couples looking for reliable, hassle-free accommodation in Yorkshire. The guest room features a comfortable double bed, Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps, fast WiFi, and a complimentary tea and coffee station for a comfortable and convenient stay. This room is only available for a single person, if wishing to book for two people please let us know and we will see if we have availability in our other rooms. Guests have access to shared spaces within the home, along with a shared bathroom (not with the hosts) plus an additional separate WC for added convenience. Free driveway parking is available, making arrival and travel simple and stress-free. Our home is a stone-built detached bungalow with a large driveway and a mature tree on the lawn, offering a peaceful and private feel while remaining highly connected to major routes and nearby towns and cities including Leeds, York, Selby and Wetherby. You may also be greeted by Betty, our friendly cocker spaniel, along with our elderly cat Dennis. A comfortable, well-connected base for both short stays and longer visits across Yorkshire. This is a room within our home and you will have your own key so you can come and go as you please. Your bedroom door also has its own lock and key for your privacy and safety. Guest access You have your own private room with lock on your door, access to the kitchen, dining room and garden. There is always plenty of parking available too. Available for last minute bookings right up until midnight on the day of your stay! During your stay We are contactable via Airbnb or via phone call whilst you are staying here and we will be available whenever you need us. Other things to note We do have a very friendly Cocker Spaniel dog named Betty & our very elderly Maine Coone Cat Dennis. They do their own thing and won’t bother you. Need a place last minute? You can book with us anytime up until midnight on the day you arrive! :)
