Self-check-in is available via smart lock from 3 pm, so you can arrive at a time that suits you after check-in opens. Like many hills homes, the land is natural in parts, so please take care when walking around outdoor areas, especially at night. Off-road parking is available for up to 6 cars. Pets may be approved on request. Please message before booking if you would like to bring a pet. A pet fee may apply. Check-out is designed to be simple. We do not ask guests to strip beds, empty all bins or complete a long list of jobs before leaving. You pay a cleaning fee so you can enjoy your stay without feeling like you are doing half the cleaning yourself. We simply ask that you leave the home respectfully, place used dishes in the dishwasher, close the windows and lock up when you leave. The sauna, ice bath, games room, PS5, arcade machines, BBQ and outdoor areas are provided for guest enjoyment. Please use these spaces with care and leave them in good condition for the next guests. Netflix is already set up on the main TV, so there is no need to use your own account. Fresh WA-roasted coffee is provided for guests to enjoy during their stay. The home may be suitable for filming, content shoots, small events or special gatherings with prior approval. Please message before booking to discuss your plans. Events must be respectful, approved in advance and must not disturb neighbours. Please keep in mind that sound travels in the hills, especially at night.
