Kitchen & Laundry + Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils. + Washer–dryer combo available for guest use. + First aid kit located in the kitchen cabinet. Staycasa Accommodation is a professional team local to the area who can assist if you have any issues during your stay, but we will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. Our office hours are 10:00AM - 17:00PM, 7 days a week, except on bank holidays. You can find our contact lines after completing your booking. Other things to note House Rules: 1. No smoking inside premises 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying and visiting. 4. No parties, loud music or events allowed 5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am 6. Minimum age to book is 22. 7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access. Breaking any of the house rule may result in penalty charge and eviction from our property.
