La Ferme des Ours is a renovated mountain chalet located on the slopes of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area (St Gervais, Megève, etc), while still being close to the village of Saint Nicolas de Véroce. The chalet sits in the heart of open alpine meadows, surrounded by pristine nature, with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc. The house offers both outdoor living (barbecue, large dining table, etc) and indoor comfort (cozy bedrooms, a fireside living room, fully equipped kitchen, ski room, etc) The space In winter, the Chattrix blue slope runs right in front of the chalet. The nearest chairlift is 300 m away (via the slope). In summer, the chalet sits in the middle of open alpine meadows, surrounded by pristine and stunning nature, with direct views of the Mont Blanc massif. Triple exposure: south, east (Mont Blanc view), and west. The chalet offers 185 m² of living space. It has 5 bedrooms: one double bed (160 cm), one double bed (160 cm), two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined together, one 120 cm bed, and four 80 cm beds in the children’s room. A living room with a wood-burning stove and dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry room, and ski room. Amenities include: TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, Internet/Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, washing machine, dryer, baby bed, high chair, barbecue, outdoor furniture, and more. Guest access In summer, access to the chalet is via a stone path (350 m from the road), suitable for all vehicles. In winter, the chalet is accessible by 4x4 via a snow-covered path (350 m from the parking area, 7 minutes on foot). The rental price includes the use of our chain-equipped 4x4 for winter access. It may only be used for trips between the parking area and the chalet. For all other travel, you will need to use your own vehicle.
