Move through into the welcoming kitchen/diner to find a good host of amenities and utensils including an electric oven and hob, fridge and a dishwasher, while the handy utility at the back of the house hosts both a freezer and a washing machine, with a downstairs toilet next to it! Sit at the dining table, opening up the patio doors to get the best views of the surrounding countryside, or sit outside and dine alfresco with the assistance of the barbecue and patio furniture. The position of the cottage is perfect for those seeking outdoor adventure, with ample walking and cycling routes from your doorstep including Dovedale, the Churnet Valley and The Manifold Trail all being within easy reach, the latter leading you into the beauty of the Peak District National Park where you can find 524 sq km of open access land and 3,005 km miles of rights of way letting you explore the wonder of the area via a variety of scenic routes, the famous Thor's cave or take a Ranger-led guided walk including natural history, archaeology, folklore, family strolls and children's activities, providing something for all ages, while the thrill-seeker can find activities such as rock climbing, watersports, caving, fell running and much more!
