The space The apartment is called “ALDO ROYALE” - it is located inside an elegant and prestigious villa with a large garden filled with trees, plants, and flowers. The home is in a quiet small town called Pioltello, which you can reach by car in 15 minutes from the center of Milan. Or you can reach it by train in just 11 minutes from Milan Central Station. You can park your car directly inside the villa’s garden. You will have two safe parking spots, including one covered space to protect your car from the rain. You will be in an oasis of greenery and peace, just a few minutes from the city of Milan. You can quickly reach all the main destinations in Milan and the areas around Milan. The villa has a large garden where you will enjoy maximum silence and relaxation during your stay. At the same time, you will be only 11 minutes from the city of Milan (by car or by train). You can enter the private garden of the villa directly with your car, where you can park safely and under cover. The parking area is large, and you can park up to 2 cars. Other things to note STAY DURATION Stays longer than 30 days (29 nights) are not allowed. If a guest wishes to stay for more than 29 nights, they must request approval from the Co-Host in advance. HOUSE MANUAL Guests are kindly requested to read the “House Rules Manual”. It is available both in this Airbnb listing (in the House Manual section) and inside the apartment. It contains all the rules to follow and the refund policy for the Host in case of damages caused by the guest. SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire apartment, even with the windows open. - The home is equipped with smoke detectors. - However, you may comfortably smoke anywhere in the large garden, where ashtrays are provided. Any violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb. A claim will be opened immediately, and a €200 charge will be requested from the Guest. PARKING FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES The parking inside the villa is also suitable for large cars and SUVs equipped for disabled passengers. Access from the garden parking area to the apartment on the second floor has no steps, except for two small steps just before the apartment entrance.
