All dorms with split air, double beds with mattress protectors, pillows with cloak and covers. Four full bathrooms in the house. Ground floor part integrated with living room, kitchen and dining room with ample space. Fiber wifi. The space Kiosk with pool bar, special place that brings together family and friends, the kids enjoy this space a lot, have a good barbecue while the others enjoy the pool...... very cool!!! Guest access The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kiosk, pool and patio areas and etc.....that will be fully free and free of access, only one suite (which would be a fifth bedroom/suite) that IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS/PCD and THEIR COMPANION and will remain closed without access to guests when there is no wheelchair/PCD. This suite offers a fully adapted bathroom PCD, two single boxed beds being able to join and form a double bed, split air. Other things to note We inform you that during the high season (December to March) the consumption of light will be charged part of the daily rate at the cost of R$1.50 o Kwatz, at the time of entry the measurement of the clock is taken and at the exit the same procedure and the payment is made in cash at this time. We also inform that we do not rent only 2 nights on weekends and that have as main objective company events, birthdays and other similar situations.
