Charming country cottage for rent in SOPPE LE BAS (close to Thann Valley and Masevaux), small village of about 800 inhabitants. This bright single house of 40m2 with garden will seduce you with its calm! The owners' house is next door, the garden is large (25 ares), there is no opposite (large row of thuyas). Next to the house there is a meadow with cows, and further down there is a creek. Classified as a furnished tourist accommodation with the 3-star Gîte de France label. The space For our animal friends: we have a chicken coop in the garden (the chickens have a fenced space, they will not come to visit you...) However, the space around the rental house is not fenced, we tolerate dogs (at no extra cost), but on condition that they keep them on a leash in the garden and pick up their droppings. Cats are also welcomed. Electric vehicle CHARGING station available in our yard (electric vehicle charging fee extra depending on your consumption) Guest access The house can accommodate up to 3 people plus a baby (folding crib, highchair, and baby dishes available free of charge) and has : A spacious and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, range hood, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.) open to the living room ; A living/dining room with round table, 4 people, sofa, TV ; A bathroom with shower and toilet ; Upstairs : 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 second room with a single bed; Outside : terrace with garden table for 4 people, gas plancha, as well as 2 sunbeds. The garden is enclosed by an electric gate with remote control. It's possible to park your car inside in the courtyard. The whole cottage is fully air-conditioned (living room, bedrooms,...).
