Charming country cottage for rent in SOPPE LE BAS (near Thann and Masevaux valley), a small village of about 800 inhabitants. This bright 40 m2 single house with garden will seduce you with its calm! The owners' house is next door, the garden is large (25 ares), there is no one opposite (large row of cedars). Next to the house there is a meadow with cows, and further down a stream. Classified as a furnished tourist accommodation labeled Gîte de France 3 stars. The space For our animal friends: we have a chicken coop in the garden (the chickens have a fenced space, they will not come to visit you...) However, the space around the rental house is not fenced, we tolerate dogs (without extra charge), but on the condition of keeping them on a leash in the garden and picking up their droppings. Cats are welcome. CHARGING STATION for electric vehicles available in our courtyard (electric vehicle charging fee extra depending on your consumption) Guest access The house can accommodate up to 3 people plus a baby (baby bed, high chair, and baby dishes available free of charge) and includes: A spacious and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, hood, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle,...) open to the living room; A living/dining room with round table for 4 people, sofa, TV; A bathroom with shower and toilet; Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 second room with a single bed; Outside: terrace with garden table for 4 people, gas plancha, as well as 2 sun loungers. The garden is closed by an electric gate with remote control. Possibility to park your car inside in the courtyard. The entire gîte is fully air-conditioned (living room, bedrooms, etc.).
