Arnaud BROLL Gîtes & Spa Strasbourg Guest access The entire villa is yours, along with the terrace and the 2 parking spaces. No area is shared with other guests or with the owners. Check-in is self-service: you collect the keys from a secure key box from 5 pm, at whatever time suits you. A welcome video is sent before your arrival showing the access, the parking and how the facilities work. Other things to note On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few products are there to get you started: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper. On departure, please tidy the kitchen, take the empty bottles to the nearest glass recycling point and clean the barbecue, making sure the gas is turned off. If you can, one small gesture that helps our team a lot: gather the used sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in a single bathroom. 🔇 RESPECTING THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The villa is in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise down, especially outside: quiet hours apply between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., jacuzzi included. In the event of a proven noise complaint from the neighbours, the tenant is liable and departure may be requested without any refund for the remainder of the stay. 📹 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE The villa has exterior video surveillance with motion detection and sound recording, covering the car park and the entrance only. There is no camera inside the property. The images are kept for 30 days and are only viewed in the event of an incident.
