Arnaud BROLL Gites & Spa Strasbourg Guest access The entire villa is at your disposal, as well as the terrace and the 2 parking spaces. No space is shared with other guests or with the owners. Check-in is self-service: you pick up the keys from a secure lockbox, starting at 5 PM, at a time that suits you. A welcome video is sent to you before your arrival: it shows the access, parking, and how the facilities work. Other things to note Upon your arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided, and some products allow you to get started with peace of mind: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, and toilet paper. Before departure, please tidy up the kitchen, take the empty bottles to the nearest glass recycling container, and clean the barbecue, making sure to turn off the gas properly. 🔇 RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please limit noise, especially outdoors: quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am, including in the jacuzzi. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood for proven noise disturbance, the responsibility lies with the tenant, and departure may be requested without refund for the remainder of the stay. 📹 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE The villa is under outdoor video surveillance with motion detection and sound recording, directed only at the parking lot and the entrance. No cameras inside the unit. The images are kept for 30 days and are only viewed in the event of an incident.
