While the kids are busy with the Nintendo Switch (including Mario classics), board games or toys, you can relax on the XXL comfort oasis in front of the 60″ smart TV. The adjacent, huge and sunny private terrace is equipped with a large wooden table for evenings together, cozy sun loungers, a hammock and outdoor toys. This turns the terrace into an extended open-air living room in summer. 🛌 SLEEP LIKE YOU'RE ON CLOUD 9 Forget uncomfortable bunk beds! With us, you will sleep exclusively in premium box spring beds that ensure maximum sleeping comfort. To ensure that you sleep deeply and soundly even in midsummer, all bedrooms are equipped with whisper-quiet silent fans. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people + 2 babies (cribs & high chairs are available free of charge on site). - Bedroom 1 (family room): A luxurious box-spring double bed and two full box-spring single beds. A great retreat for parents and children, including a private play area. - Bedroom 2: Cozy box-spring double bed – the perfect romantic retreat for couples. - Bedroom 3: one box-spring double bed and one single bed. Guest access 🔑 During your stay, the entire 120 m² apartment is for your and your group's exclusive use. This includes: - Full access to the entire apartment, the huge XXL sun terrace and the garden. - For the kids: Free use of all toys, the terrace slide and the large play tower in the garden. - Comfort extras: The in-house laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as the ski storage room including a ski boot dryer, are at your disposal at any time completely free of charge. Other things to note 📝Flexible pricing: Our prices depend on the number of people – so you always pay a fair price for the space you actually need. Damage deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of €200 will be paid in cash. Don't worry: After a successful inspection, we will reliably refund the amount to you no later than 3 days after your departure. Peace & relaxation: Since the first-class quality of the apartment and a good relationship with our fine neighborhood are important to us, parties and bachelor parties are not allowed at our place.
