South facing patio with table and chairs. The space As you walk up the steps onto the newly-paved patio, you will take the second door into Kingfisher Barn. You will be in the spacious kitchen-diner. There you will enjoy a 6 seat dining table, a three-seat sofa and two side chairs, coffee table and side tables facing your TV. Your kitchen area is slightly recessed from the rest of the room. It has a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and full utensils including a full knife set and every pot and pan you could want, set around a three sided quartz worktop. The 200 litre water heater amply supplies the shower, which enjoys excellent pressure, set in porcelain tiles wall and floor. Your two bedrooms are well-reviewed for their comfortable beds - king sized beds, mattress toppers and duvets up to 13.5 tog. Each room enjoys a dressing table and mirror. As you step back outside you have a South-facing patio, equipped with furniture to enjoy before exploring the patchwork of local footpaths next to the River Severn and in the local countryside. On return you can enjoy the food and drink at The Anchor Inn. A blazing fire by Winter or a Beer garden in the warmth. Finishing up there you have just a 50m walk back to Kingfisher Barn!
