The Apple Loft a cosy hideaway for 2 in Netherbury

Apple Loft is a small self-contained annexe, close to, but not attached to a main house. Private parking for up to two cars and its own gated driveway, come and go as you please. Dogs welcome. The space A covered porch opens directly into a warm and cosy living room with smart tv. The living room door opens into a separate dining room with a table for four people and ample space to work at home. Narrow wooden stairs lead from the dining room and directly into the romantic loft bedroom. The head height is lower around the edges of the room, but you can stand up in the middle and it still feels light and airy. There is a round window that opens and air conditioning/de-humifider installed for summer months. A small clothes rail and stool to put your things on, not lots of room for suitcases though. You can put your bags downstairs or underneath the bed. Back downstairs the compact kitchen has everything you need, a full size cooker with top oven/grill and main oven. Toaster, kettle, microwave and under counter half size fridge (no freezer). I can store frozen items in the main house for you if required. Sink, tea towels and plenty of cooking pots and pans. The bathroom is located off the kitchen, a lovely powerful shower, vanity sink unit and mirror, wc, heated towel rail (with soft fluffy towels provided) and window for fresh air. Outside there is a bistro table and chairs for two in an enclosed private gravel garden with apple tree. Sun chairs are provided in the summer months or when required. Enclosed garden is gated. (Due to the narrow stairs to go upstairs I do not recommend this property for anyone infirm or elderly.) There is a hand rail all the way up and anti-slip on the stairs. Night light in the bedroom. Note the bathroom is off the kitchen downstairs if you need it at night. Guest access You have your own driveway for parking and a small, secure, gated gravel garden outside The Apple Loft with a bistro table and two chairs. Sun chairs in the warmer months. This is your private space to use, ideal for pets. Please keep your dog on a lead when in the driveway area, going to and from the loft house. The main garden of the owners is private. Please keep to the gated self contained area of the annexe house.
