The villa includes a large living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils and crockery. Step outside to enjoy the private swimming pool, open courtyard, and ample outdoor space—perfect for relaxation and gatherings. The entire property is exclusively for guests, offering a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay with easy parking and modern amenities. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, courtyard, and outdoor spaces. Parking is available on the premises. The property is fully private and not shared with other guests or the host during your stay. Other things to note Housekeeping & Caretaker Service Policy To ensure transparency and a smooth stay for all our guests, please kindly note our housekeeping policy: Our caretaker service is available once daily in the morning for approximately 1–2 hours only. ✔ Daily services include: • Swimming pool cleaning • Sweeping and mopping of common areas • Garden maintenance • General villa exterior upkeep ✔ Bedroom and toilet cleaning will be done only upon guest request and when access is permitted. ❌ Please note: Our housekeeping service does not include cleaning of kitchen utensils, cooking vessels, cookware, or washing used plates and dishes. Guests are kindly requested to: • Clean their own cooking utensils and dishes after use • Maintain the kitchen area during their stay • Segregate and dispose of food waste properly in the designated bins We do not provide full-time maid service or kitchen cleaning staff during the stay. This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing while ensuring privacy and comfort for our guests.
