Our modern townhouse is right in the heart of town, just a short walk to the Chedi - one of the biggest pagodas in Thailand, beautiful temples, and the Chalee Mongkol Royal Palace, better known as Sanamchandra. Cafés, markets, and shops are all nearby, yet the house stays quiet and relaxing. It’s a bright, welcoming, homely space with everything you need for an easy stay. Guest access You’ll have the entire townhouse to yourself, including: • Living room and dining area • Kitchen (open layout, fully equipped) • Both bedrooms • 2.5 bathrooms • Small balcony • Basic gym items like a yoga mat, light weights, and resistance bands CHECK-IN • Self check-in is easy and convenient using a door passcode given to you on the check in day. LUGGAGE • We’re happy to help with luggage drop-off before check-in or after check-out if arranged in advance. PARKING • There’s no parking on site, but street parking and nearby public parking are available. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION The townhouse is on three floors; stairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is a small step (approx. 10–12 cm) from the living room to the hallway. Air-conditioning works best when doors and windows are closed. Balcony: Small outdoor space for fresh air or morning coffee. Please be mindful of noise, as the neighbors are quiet and have lived here for many years. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony in the designated area. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. There is a friendly stray dog near the neighbors’ property. Please do not approach or feed the dog for your safety. Well-behaved pets are welcome (pet fees apply). Please let us know about your pet when you book so we can prepare the home comfortably for your stay. Basic gym equipment is available for your use, including a yoga mat, light weights, and resistance bands. Trash and recycling: Please use the bins provided and follow house/local rules. Thai law requires all guests to provide a valid ID (passport or Thai ID) upon check-in. This is standard for short-term rentals, and we’ll guide you through it for a smooth check-in.
