Our staffs will wait for you and give you the apartment card as well as guide you into the apartment. ✅ Please close all the doors and windows when using the air conditioner, turn off the electric and water equipments before leaving. ✅Rental price does not include breakfast. 🍀 FAQ: 1. Is breakfast included? Sorry it’s not included . 2. Can I check in early or check out late? Please be informed that the check in time is 2pm and check out before 12 noon. However for some reasons that you need to check in early or check out late, please contact us and it will be subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. 3. Is the cleaning service that I paid for daily service? Sorry, this is just the cleaning service before you check in. If you want the daily service please let me know, there will be the surcharge 100k VND each time. However, with the long term rental ( above 7 days), there will be cleaning and towels changed service for free for every 4 days. 4. Do we have new towels every day? Sorry we only provide exactly a number of towels according to how many people that you book. 5. I don’t have a credit card, can I pay directly on the spot? We prefer to take reservations on Airbnb.
