A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated, your stay will be terminated immediately without refund, and a $3,000 fine will be imposed in accordance with building and community regulations. Quiet hours and sweet dreams We want you to feel completely relaxed during your stay, part of which is creating a peaceful environment, especially at night. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, the building uses smart noise monitors to help keep everyone quiet. Excessive noise may lead to intervention or fines. Smoking Rules Smoking inside is not allowed. You can smoke in the outdoor area; please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly. This helps keep the place clean and tidy for all guests. Self check-in and amenities Our apartment is carefully appointed for easy self check-in and self-service, allowing you to stay comfortably at your own pace. Fresh bedding and towels are provided at check-in, but will not be automatically replaced during your stay. Please let us know if you require a change of bedding or extra cleaning during your stay!
