Welcome to my home! Your rental is for one bedroom with access to the rest of the home with no access to the other bedroom, the garage, shed or basement. There is a sunporch with seating. Enjoy a fenced in half acre backyard, river view (when the trees have less leaves). There is a boat ramp nearby, an archery range & lots of hiking! Near the hwy (30 minutes to Stl city),lots of restaurants and shops! Please see property description for more information about me staying in the home on occasion The space Hi there! I am currently working to update the pictures for my home as this was a shared space but will not be shared typically in the future (will look very similar still but just a heads up)! I hope you find the space cozy and inviting. You are allowed to use the living, dining, kitchen, and your rental room. The sunporch and backyard is also there for your enjoyment( in the winter it isn’t used as much, so it gets dusty, let me know if you want to use this space during this time and I will clean it up). Kitchen basics are provided (pots and pans, dishes, etc). I do not provide shower soaps so please bring your own. My room, the garage and basement are to not be used by guests. Cleaning is done between each guest stay but please let me know if something needs attention. I have outdoor cameras. This is my primary residence but I work out of town. If you book I will let you know if I will be there too and we will adjust check in to meet my pup Stanley. If there is something that would be useful to have during a stay or that you are needing please let me know and I will do my best to get it for you! I have a Roku to use on the tv but you will need to login to your own streaming accounts. Have a great day and trip to Arnold, Missouri! Guest access Guess are allowed to use their rental room, bathroom, living, dining, kitchen, sun porch, and outdoor yard area. My room, the basement, the garage and shed are off-limits. In Missouri we sometimes have tornadoes though, and if bad weather is occurring, guests are allowed to go into the basement for safety.
