The Hen Den
Welcome to my home! Your rental is for the extra room with access to the rest of the home minus my room, the garage, and basement. There is a sunporch with seating. Enjoy a fenced in half acre backyard, river view (when the trees have less leaves) and the company of my 4 chickens(Henrietta, Francis, Annie, Blaire, Murphy my rooster, and dog, Stanley! There is a boat ramp nearby, an archery range and lots of hiking! Near the hwy (30 minutes to Stl city),lots of restaurants, and shops! I live here so my space is taken up by my things. My pup is out during the day and is usually relaxing in the living room. The chickens run around the yard each day. I keep other doors closed so my pup doesn’t go into the bathroom or on the rental bed. You are allowed to use the living, dining, kitchen, and your rental room. The sunporch and backyard is also there for your enjoyment. There is space in the kitchen for your items and food; there is space in the bathroom closet for your toiletries. My room, the garage and basement are to not be used by guests. If you have a question about something that your are allowed to use please ask. I love to socialize! But I also understand privacy. Please feel free to chat or hang out. If you need anything let me know! Arnold has a lot going on. I live on a quiet and private street but I’m 5 minutes from parks/hiking, restaurants and shops! I also live near a boat ramp and archery range. Need recommendations on places to visit or things to do just ask! Missouri is a gem with lots to offer! I have a driveway you can park in:) public transportation is limited here (we have the Jeffco express which operates at varied times and to set locations/not to the city). You will need to Uber or Lyft if you don’t have transportation to many locations. Walking and biking is not recommended( not many safe routes and people aren’t used to seeing pedestrians).
