Perched above a valley filled with kangaroos and native birds, it offers sweeping views of the property’s untouched landscape. Discover nearby attractions like Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve, The Big Banana Fun Park, and Forest Sky Pier, or soak up the coastal charm of Corindi Beach. It’s one of those special holiday homes where nature, comfort, and adventure come together. A comfortable, 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: For group stays, we have two other tiny homes: Solitary Islands Farm 1 and 3, that can be arranged with 24 hours’ notice. The homes are set roughly 50 meters apart and positioned for privacy, giving your group more space to stay comfortably. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and explore the property on foot or by bike. Swimming is allowed in the creek but not in the dam. To protect the ecosystem, no driving or dogs are allowed in the nature reserve. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Other things to note - Pets are allowed for $15 extra cleaning fee. paid directly to the host - Wifi is not available - Gas BBQ grill is available - Free Firewood is provided - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines - Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are limited to one (1) with 24 hours' prior notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. Full pet policy will be provided before arrival. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
